RMS Wrestling 2024-2025
We are looking forward to a great year of middle school wrestling at RMS this year and are excited to work with your athletes. Here is what we need from all wrestlers prior to their participation:
Before stepping on the practice mat Monday, December 2nd, all participants must:
1. Register at https://schools.snap.app/dixonhs - (BE SURE TO SELECT - WRESTLING RMS)
2. Have a current physical on file
Before 1st Meet:
3. Pay athletic fee of $50 on LUMEN (takes a few days to show up in LUMEN once registered, must be done prior to wrestling in a match)
Season Starts Monday, December 2nd (full schedule of practice and meets to be handed out after first few days of practice by your coach)
Practice time: 3p-5p Meet in the cafeteria after school
All 6th-8th grade students (boys & girls) are allowed to compete.

RMS Staff had fun today with an Underground Spirit Day! Dress like a Middle School Student



Attention DPS Families! Arbor Management, who provided the meals for our school district, was acquired by Whitsons Culinary Group.
The online breakfast and lunch menus on the district website and each individual school's webpage have changed to reflect the new digital menu platform that is operated by WCG. This platform is called FD MealPlanner. You can navigate to the platform by clicking the Dining option or the Breakfast and Lunch Menus button on any of the homepages.
You can also download the FD MealPlanner app from the iOS store and the Google Play Store. An e-mail account is not required. After you open the app, press Skip For Now near the bottom of the screen. In find your location, simply type Dixon and press Search. Menus for all school buildings can be found this way.

6th graders had the unique opportunity to learn about severe storms and meteorology from Mikal Montgomery, a meteorologist with the NOAA, today. He joined them live via satellite from California. This is part of the National Weather Service’s Education Outreach program. Mrs. LeSage applied on the NWS website and was promptly contacted by Mr. Montgomery.
